Our Services

Concrete Slab/Foundation

Footings reach undisturbed bearing, stone goes down in compacted lifts, and a vapor retarder separates it from the concrete. Monolithic pours, stem wall systems, garage floors, and shop pads all get the same groundwork underneath them.

Driveway and Patios

Driveways at 4 inches, or 5 to 6 where a trailer or delivery truck parks, poured over a base that was genuinely compacted first. Patios, sidewalks, garage aprons, and decorative borders come with a jointing plan drawn before the pour.

Stamped/Decorative Concrete

Integral color, stamp patterns, exposed aggregate, broom and sand textures, and saw-cut scoring, with samples poured on your own property before anything gets chosen. Sealer carries a grit additive wherever a wet surface would otherwise turn slippery underfoot.

Outdoor Solutions

Fire pit pads, outdoor kitchen slabs, pool surrounds, steps, landings, and the walkways tying them together, all laid out on your lot before pricing. Gas lines, conduit, and structure footings go in while the ground is still open.

Concrete Repairs

Crack routing and sealing, slab leveling through injection ports, resurfacing over spalled areas, and single panel replacement where one section failed. Diagnosis happens first, because patching a symptom over failed subgrade buys you about one wet season.

Grading

Building pads cut to plan elevation, yard drainage corrected with swales and positive slope, driveways reshaped and restoned, culverts and catch basins sized to what drains into them. Elevations get shot, and fill gets compacted in measured lifts.

Demolition

Concrete tear-out, sheds, garages, barns, mobile homes, pools, and buried foundations removed, with utilities verified disconnected and required state notification filed first. Sites come back backfilled, compacted, and graded rather than left as rubble and open holes.

Dumpster Pads and Bollards

Enclosure pads and approach aprons sized for the collection truck rather than the container, with reinforcement matched to real point loads. Steel pipe bollards go 36 to 48 inches deep so they actually stop a vehicle.

Curb and Gutter

Standard, rolled, and valley sections formed to the detail your jurisdiction inspects against, with the flow line held tight so runoff reaches the inlet. Ramps, apron tie-ins, and catch basin connections come as part of it.

Retaining Walls

Poured concrete, segmental block, and terraced walls built on footings below grade, with drainage stone, filter fabric, and a perforated line running to a real outlet. Surcharge from a driveway or slope above gets counted, not ignored.
